ABSTRACT

This investigation is based on studies accomplished with precedence, as of those which was found a respiratory standard concerning respiratory rate and inspiration-expiration ratio, that demonstrated be generalizable for all the subjects and more effective to reduce their arousal, that any other respiratory standard. In this investigation we intend to apply said standard to the biofeedback techniques in order to see if improves the learning of the subjects. The obtained results demonstrated that in fact the instructions offered to the subjects, respect to the respiratory standard more adequate to reduce their arousal, they were effective in a way meaningful to improve their learning with the techniques of biofeedback.
